Through my work with Mai-Tri, I’ve encountered numerous cases where both men and women take sex casually, despite its deeper significance. From my experiences, I’ve observed that women who have had multiple sexual partners—5, 10, 20, or even more—carry the energies of each of these partners, no matter how much time has passed. This energy is not only from their partners but also from the partners of their partners. For instance, if a woman has slept with 20 men, and those men have each slept with 20 others, she is carrying the energies of potentially 400 people.
Sex is a powerful transmitter of energy. When we engage with many different partners, we risk becoming a "walking garbage can" of these unseen energies, particularly women. Over time, this accumulation can affect our emotional and mental clarity, and our overall stability.
Frequently changing partners makes it hard to maintain any kind of balance—emotionally, mentally, or spiritually. Unfortunately, casual sex has become normalized in modern society, obscuring the reality that there are consequences to it.
Science even suggests that DNA is exchanged during sexual encounters. While I’m not a scientist, I’ve observed similar patterns through Mai-Tri. This is especially true for women when they lose their virginity. If a woman loses her virginity to someone with low frequencies (which can’t always be seen externally), the energy exchange can impact her entire life—her thought process, mental stability, and her ability to handle situations.
Why does this affect women more deeply? The womb acts like a sponge, absorbing everything, including the insecurities, fears, and phobias of their partners. If a partner or his family has been involved with dark energies or practices like black magic, it can have a lasting effect on the woman.
However, we can never truly understand this by knowing someone only on a superficial level. Some negative energies may originate from many generations ago in your partner's lineage.
Physical appearance has no bearing on this. A partner may look very attractive on the outside but still carry many negative energies. My advice to women is to be cautious and deliberate in choosing sexual partners. It’s not easy to discern a partner's energetic weight, but with patience, signs will reveal themselves.
Some guidance from my perspective: Don’t engage sexually too quickly. Give it time to truly understand if the person is trustworthy and stable. Unstable people cannot maintain their facade for long, and time will help filter out those who are not right for you. Acting impulsively won’t allow enough time for divine intervention or wisdom to take hold. Patience is a strength, while impatience is a weakness.
When a woman has multiple partners, it becomes difficult to discern what emotional baggage belongs to whom. One partner might have had issues with alcohol, another with drugs, while others carry heavy ancestral karma or have had numerous partners themselves. All of this accumulates in a woman’s womb. It’s through such energetic exchanges that negative entities can also enter one’s life, manipulating them without their awareness.
From my experience, casual sex—especially with strangers—can drain the life force from women. I’ve worked with women through Mai-Tri whose energy has been completely depleted by certain men. Some men act as energy vampires, feeding off women’s life energy. These men are difficult to recognize because, outwardly, they appear normal.
Collected trash vs. purity
Many women rush to find a partner, which I believe is not a healthy approach. A partner should complement an already fulfilled and stable life, not be a lifeline to cling to. It’s important to take time and be cautious when it comes to a woman’s womb—it is sacred and functions like a sponge, absorbing everything.
If you suddenly experience unexplained anxiety or depression, it may be the result of energy collected from a partner. Similarly, if areas of your life feel stagnant, it could be due to these energetic exchanges. I’m not saying every problem in a woman’s life stems from this, but it’s an important and often overlooked aspect.
I’m hesitant to write about this because I know some may judge, but I care more about those who might benefit from understanding this perspective.
Mixing energies is like mixing water and milk; once combined, it’s hard to tell what belongs to whom. This is the same with heavy karma, blockages, anxieties, ancestral burdens, and negative entities (invisible beings) that drain your energy. Over time, women can lose their vitality, clarity, and even the will to live. They become a home for many negative beings that are difficult to remove, and once they enter, they can be quite possessive and persistent to stay in their "home" which is you.
Manipulation of breath and Tantric practices
Another point to consider: be cautious with spiritual practices that you don’t fully understand. Many people are drawn to techniques that promise rapid spiritual growth. One woman I worked with through Mai-Tri had participated in a spiritual group that practiced breathing manipulations, aiming to raise sexual energy upwards to the third eye for spiritual evolution. However, when I energetically scanned her, I found her body filled with negative beings and spirits, which entered her due to her manipulation of natural energy flows.
I’m not against Tantra, but I urge caution. We must fully understand what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what the potential consequences could be.
Consistent partner
When we are with one consistent partner, it indicates a certain level of stability, and over time, our bodies adjust to that partner's frequency. This kind of relationship does not carry the same risks as frequently changing partners.
Engaging in multiple or casual relationships can lead to emotional instability, confusion, and energetic overload. One of the key benefits of having a consistent partner is the reduction of accumulated "baggage." Over time, the energies between two people in a stable bond start to align. When we engage in multiple relationships, our bodies and energy fields must constantly recalibrate to new frequencies.
