The price of betrayal and scandalizing

The process of spiritual evolution takes many lifetimes. We need to climb many ladders to reach a possibility to experience God, let alone reach God.

Regretful expressions (gossiping, scandalizing or talking ill of somebody) produce debts that we sometimes don't have the resources to pay. The price of it is so high, it takes us all the way backwards in our evolution. If we took 2000 lifetimes to reach something, if we practice wrong expressions, we may go back to number 1. Earning grace is hard, losing it is so easy. By scandalizing a person we are creating terrible destiny for us. When we scandalize an enlightened master, it is even much worse.

A master is somebody who has mastered their mind, and lives solely for others. He is not bound by a regular waking-state mind and he doesn't have even an ingredient of selfishness. Here are some benchmarks that we can clearly distinguish in masters, if we look close enough.

1. Firstly, he will never ask for anything from you.

2. He has no personal desires, no personal agenda, even though it may sometimes seem like it, due to our inherent prejudices, concepts, notions.

3. His only interest is the stability and happiness of others.

4. He will not bind people with fear, guilt, regret.

5. He will not frighten about God's punishment, he will only help people reach God.

6. He will not try to prove himself. For him, there is nothing to prove – he mastered his mind and he's already complete. He needs nothing from the external world, including appreciation.

7. There's nothing you can give him that's crucial for his happiness. He will not be disturbed by any tsunami of life. He's always in stillness.

8. Like the tree giving shade even to a woodcutter, he will deliver what he can to everyone, without expectations.

9. He doesn't endorse laziness, he will tell us to use our life to its fullest and never waste a moment.

10. He himself will not waste a moment of life. He will be focused 100% on purpose.

11. He will not wait for anyone to complete what He has decided to do, even if it means walking alone.

12. Such masters usually walk all alone.

13. Not even a tornado of calamities can shake him.

14. His operating platform is selflessness.

15. He is used to thanklessness and that doesn't discourage him. Nothing discourages him.

16. He gives definite transformation to those who have faith in him.

17. His actions are not necessarily based on what's acceptable in the society, his actions are based on what's needed. His thought ”What else can I do for the world?” is converted into action.

18. He will never change to suit others.

19. He will have extreme humility, never egoistic, always clear, precise and practical.

20. He is ready to die for his truth (example: Jesus).

21. He makes more masters, not more followers.

22. He is pattern-free, thought-free, mind-free.

23. He is fearless.

Of course, many times we don't look close enough, and we miss the bus. We look through glasses of doubt, judgement, prejudice, comparison, notions, illusions, imagination. Our vision is blurred. Especially in the era of Kali, the era we live in, it's extremely difficult to distinguish good from bad. In our era, good looks bad and bad looks good. How do you distinguish then? Take time. Question. Take sufficient time. A true path of spirituality cannot be followed blindly or based on a notion. It needs to be understood before followed.

A master is you. When we talk badly of an enlightened master, we are separating from the soul aspect in us, creating a terrible void and separation from the truth. Our mind becomes twisted and we put expensive debts on our backs. Perversion and mental disorders happen. We dive deeper in mud that we will not be able to clean from us for lifetimes.

Talking ill of a master, scandalizing him/her publicly or betraying his/her trust is almost literally chopping our heads off. This has nothing to do with God's punishment, it has to do with our actions that carry consequences.

Being passive when someone is talking badly of someone is equal to doing it yourself. Passivity is never a good idea if our priority is evolution. It only pulls us down and eventually brings huge guilt.

How do we go back all the way backwards in our evolution, by doing this? In sacred scriptures, it is said the betrayal of trust or scandalizing take lifetimes to recover from it. Even may have to cause 8.4 million wombs of species of various operating consciousness. This is possible especially if one betrays an enlightened master. The price of is huge, unimaginable.

8.4 million is a rough estimate of available species on earth. Each species has a different operating frequency. Being born in a human womb is precious, it’s the only birth in which we can realize God. For other species that's not possible.

If we look at it chronologically, from the basic forms of life like bacteria, to insects, snakes, to monkeys who are slightly more intelligent, to humans. All animals have intelligence but their life is instinct-based. That’s why human birth is so special. Taking a human body itself is hard.

Betraying or scandalizing somebody drops our frequency so much, and depending on how deep we fall, that much primitive the womb of our next birth will be. Maybe we will have to be born as amebe and start from there. Our operating consciousness level brings us to such a womb, compatible for our actions from this life.

To take a human body again, it may take us lifetimes. Even when we do, another process of evolution starts. We have:

1. Animal-human (instincts-driven, thinking only of oneself)

2. Human-human (refined goodness, thinking of others too)

3. Saint-human (totally selfless, delivering in their capacity)

4. God-human (100% God-realized men, have power to make more God-men, have the power to change the course of destiny and unburden people from karmas, if eligible)

There is no guarantee how many lifetimes each of these four will take, to evolve to the next one.

We often believe that by moving on with future lifetimes, we will have only good things waiting. But we also bring all the concepts, fears, prejudices, pains, impressions, guilt, regret. Patterns snatch us back. It’s not as easy as we think.

Bottom line – we indeed don’t know about how karma works. If we contaminate other people’s minds in the process (e.g. spreading lies about enlightened masters), you have to take that responsibility too. If one becomes worse due to your words or actions, their consequences come to you.

Mohanji says, “Never assume, always ascertain.” We simply cannot live imaginary life and think no consequences will hit us. We need to be clear and ascertain, always.

Thank you for reading ❤️ I wish you all the best!
